Yes, I have to agree. The mutants can be a nuisance because of their quick reaction time.

I don't like the mutants either. Because they are silent and deadly with 2 strong shots. And I don't like the whole mutant concept in the gameeither but I'm using them in Todpfad anyway ;)

The mutants don't appear too much in the original game, which is a shame, so for me they aren't much of a bother.

Because of their speed and the way they have a tendancy to open doors alerting other guards, my worst enemy if the officers. Easy enough to kill, but in groups they are a major pain.

I think Hitler was a believer in some sort of elitism (not sure if that is a word), and if I recall correctly I heard that Hitler believed that the superior people of the world, or "Ubermensch"es, were people with blue eyes and blonde hair. If you look hard enough, you'll see that many of Wolfenstein 3D's enemies are those with blonde hair and blue eyes.

In my opinion, the most annoying are id software. Wolfenstein's enemies are nothing. 8)

I like mutants, and I can't see why they are hated. They just appear on episode 2 and episode 6's secret level (I guess is just this two ones). I vote dogs. This enemy are almost useless, weak attack, lots of different coding to it, too few hit points. In other words, just a space and memory waste.

Anyway I think I must congratulate ID Software by design the first episode only with 3 enemies: guard, dog, SS. I simple can't use few quantities of enemies. I like of a big army. (sorry by the offtopic message)

Dogs are very annoying. Allways besides you barking, and fleshing you through. I really hate those. But also annoying is the ghosts in SOD. No matter where you are, they are there. Just as damageful as Pacman ghosts, they really piss you off Laughing

i agree the dog and the ghosts are also annoying

In reference to Hitler's appearance vs his description of the master race, it is a bit of a contradiction, but no more so than the fact that he had partial Jewish ancestry, and yet attempted to do away with the Jews (among other chosen people) during his reign of terror...sorry for the off topic...had to stick that in there.

My least favorite enemy is the mutant. They're cool, and I always loved getting to fight them when the time came when I used to play the game, but I hate them because unless you are some kind of hero, you can't kill them with a knife without either dying yourself or taking some serious damage (unless you take advantage of various glitches in the game). Anything that ruins my knifing sprees is no friend of mine.
