Probably all you noticed about hell's society. Monsters and zombies don't live in groups. If a Cacodemon hurts a Cacodemon, this one will stop attack you to attack his partner. What it means? These monsters don't really want to kill our character. That's my question.

As an example, if you play Doom at "Tower of Babel" in an higher skill level you'll see a lot of Mancubus and Lost Souls. I call this Mancubus the "Mancubada". They will bomb the Cyberdemon until he died, and in this meanwhile you can do whatever you want! Maybe the monsters just consider yourself a very strange "animal" and if you turn in one of this former soldiers they will accept you. Or maybe your "life" is they "undead" life. What do you think?

Well, maybe they want to kill our character, but if someone attack him, he begin to attack that person/monster. If no one attack him, he will attack you.
I think that monsters is not a community or something, he just try to live, like in nature. Kill or die

I think you might be reading too much into it...they just want to kill you, and that's it. Historically, the minions of "hell" are all damned too, they just have until the end of time to work to make others miserable until judgement when they're cast into eternal suffering as well. Needless to say, this pisses them off, so my guess is that they want to make everyone else as miserable as they are. It doesn't matter if it's their "buddy" who they're dishing it out on. Everyone and everything in hell is doomed anyway, so it's not like things can get much worse. Just my two cents.
