War Storm is one of my current mods. It as been temporarliy postponed, but I plan to start it up again soon. Go here for latest info and screenshots:
http://www.wolf94.cjb.net

You can get the beta there or here:
http://www.wolfenstein3d.co.uk/warstorm.zip

Feedback? So far, only the first level is finished, and even then it needs touching up. Go through episode 1, 2, & 5 to get more of a preview.

It's looking pretty good, keep up the work. I like the screenshots. BTW, I've downloaded it off the dome about a week ago. I've already played the beta.

If I could load my data in Choas Edit, maybe I would use it, I like it's 3d stuff.
But I can't load my data without it crashing! I can just barely load normal wolf stuff.

My data can be loaded in ChaosEdit, but it don't help much. I can't add new cases from Borland with new sprites to the editor, don't know why. As it is just a beta, maybe we could wait. Well, actually I can't wait much because I want to finish my game before March, when my vacation ends, so I'm using Floedit. It's not my favorite editor, but WDC have ruined my artfact and I'm afraid that it can destroy anything else. To me, ChaosEdit is only usefull to do musics, nothing more, but it is a nice editor. I just hope that Ripper and Andy finish soon this editor, it is taking so long!

I hope it finishes too, with new cases and all, because I love the 3d map editor!

I wouldn't recommend you'd use Chaos-Edit for maps yet, as when you compile the maps, you can't open them in Mapedit. Chaos-Edit corrupts the maps file. Just a warning...

Which version you use? I used the two lastest versions and both give me error, like you can see in DHW.

Well, in my opinion all editors have an error. Here is a list:

FloEdit- Floedit doesn't supports cases greater than 499 and sometimes all objects/guards I added disappear like magic.

WDC- Give too many errors. I can't ever load my game!

ChaosEdit- Its too complex to add objects and like Kyle said, it make corrupt maps.

If you used floedit on your vswap, WDC won't work right, thats why all of War Storm is built straight off with WDC, instead of doing something with floedit then changing it back. The best editors out there are probally the ones that do one thing, like mapedit, but the graphic one uses GIFs and everyone used Bitmaps now.

I finally decided to get rid of those ugly Lost Episode guard and put in some oringal style (simalar to Spear Res), and I myself like it.
Go here for a screenshot:

EDIT: Crap, just realized I triple posted. Is it ok in this case?

Meanwhile I cant decide what to do with the ss. As of now I am going to attept to make him darker blue, and hopefully an edited version will come along. If anyone could possibly help, pm me, because the actuall editing of guards is not my favorite thing,

If you go to the the website (http://www.warstorm.moddb.com, or http://www.wolf94.cjb.net) you can get the LAST beta release. There will be no more public betas of War Storm, as I want to conseal some of the new features. I will also give only a few sceenshots here and there to the dome and my own site, and the moddb will probally have the most, but not to many.[/url]
