I hate the hound. It's such a non-threat. You can clear out an entire room of them with a knife (so long as you do run-stabs and take careful maneuvering) I like the guards. They make great for a weak, backbone-of-the-army enemy. That, and I've always had someone of an irrational obsession with guards.
